1.0 Cancellation  
 You may cancel your monthly service at any time with 14 days written notice via email to   info@sabilaconsultancy.com
 Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
 No cancellation fees apply.

2.0 Refunds  
(a)Setup Fees: No setup fee is required once paid subscription starts running
(b)Monthly Fees: No refunds for services already delivered in the current month.
 (c) Errors on Our Part: If we make a material error in payroll or reporting due to our negligence, we will re-process at no extra cost. If re-processing is not possible, a pro-rated refund or service credit will be offered.
(d)No refunds are given due to late submission of documents by the client that results in missed deadlines.

3.0 Changes to Service  
You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your package with 7 days notice before the next billing date.

4.0 Disputes  
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving any issues within 3 business days.
